• Are you guys still shooting weddings during COVID-19 ?
Yes, we are still shooting weddings and are following the necessary protocols as per Government guidelines. At the same time, we are also practicing social distancing, washing, and sanitizing our hands at regular intervals and also wish to be part of a smaller crowd for safety reasons.
• Is there a special pricing package for COVID?

• Are you travelling during Covid-19 ? Will you be able to travel to shoot my wedding?
Due to travel restrictions, our team is only shooting in Mumbai. Once state-border travel is eased, we will be able to travel outside Mumbai and be a part of your special day!
• Can you accommodate last minute bookings at this time?
Depends on how last minute this is! We will try our best to be part of your special occasion and capture some good memories for you!
• What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Our detailed cancellation and refund policy will be declared in the contract before we finalize engagement. As a general rule of thumb, while we are flexible with rescheduling, cancellations will not result in any refunds.
• Do you charge an extra amount for the weddings that you do outstation?
All travel and accommodation related expenses for outstation and out-of-the country shoots are as per actuals. Our prices will remain the same no matter where we shoot as long as the travelling expenses are reimbursed by clients.
• What kind of Travel & Accommodation do you expect to be provided for outstation weddings?
Travel, food and accommodation for the team are borne by the client. , We are not picky about travel or accommodation but our equipment sure is. All we ask for when it comes to travel is that our precious equipment be handled carefully and there is enough space to stow them away safely. As for accommodation, we are happy as long as no more than two artists are assigned to a room. While we don’t need too much room, our equipment needs to be stored well.
• Do you photograph details and family group photos?
Yes! A wedding photography collection would not be complete without good details and family photos, and we take all the photographs you would expect out of any wedding photographer. But our goal is to also go past those expectations and give you photographs that you never even imagined.
• How many photographers will be at my wedding?
We always have at least two photographers at each wedding. The second photographer is chosen from a short list of very talented people we are used to working with. The second photographer is responsible for documenting the event in more traditional way, providing a second angle on the ceremony and covering the reception sometimes assisting the lead photographer with off-camera lighting for creative portraits. The same applies for our videographer.
• When will we see our photographs?
Because we take such care in making sure all your edited photographs will look great for years to come, completion takes about 3 -4 weeks for soft copies & 1 more week for album after your shortlist the group photos.
• How many wedding photos will I get?
A minimum of 300 photos from your 8 hour wedding & 40 photos from couple shoot session. We say that to be safe, but it usually ends up being way more 🙂
• How many hours do you suggest we set aside for wedding day photos?
Getting ready : 20 min.
Individual portraits: 20 min , ideal time : morning : Ideal Location – Bridal Suite, Hotel Suite, Venue Lobby, or Venue Garden
Couple session : 20 min, ideal time : morning : Ideal Location – Bridal Suite, Hotel Suite, Venue Lobby, or Venue Garden
• How do you deliver the pictures?
All images are colored and exposure edited, given to you in a high-resolution JPEG format in Pen Drive. However, Video depending on size and length will be shared via cloud or drive.
• Can you explain the concept of a Pre wedding shoot?
A pre-wedding shoot is a private photo/video shoot of the couple, shot prior to the wedding that portrays the bond they share with each other. Since wedding is a hectic and stressful time, the couple gets this day off with each other. This shoot can be taken in a casual outfit, which is different from the typical heavy wedding attire. It can also be used in the highlight film or as a separate pre-wedding film, which can be shown during sangeet or on the wedding day.
A typical pre-wedding shoot lasts between two-four hours. The clothes / styling / makeup for the pre-wedding shoot is to be arranged by the client.

• What is required to book your date?
You just need to pay 50% of the amount prior your wedding along with your contract to book the date. Remaining 25% on or before wedding day and the final 25% in 1 week after wedding date.
